Write and Submit Your Love Letter to the Universe

LOVE LETTERS TO THE UNIVERSE
AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF SUBMITTED WORKS

Dear Spiritual Pilgrim,

We have decided to collaborate on a literary work with the working title “Love Letters to the Universe” (Copyright Application filed March 14, 2008).

Our effort is to bring together a single compilation of letters from spiritually inspired individuals. We believe there are many among us who have found inspiration and solace in private conversations with the creation force of the universe. Regardless of how you may define this force, many of us reach out beyond ourselves for strength and inspiration.

We want you to know – above everything else – this is a labor of love and reflects a strong belief in the sacredness of creation and our connection to all living things.

Before we invite you to submit your own ‘love letter’, we want you to be aware of our motivation.

  • We have embarked on this as part of our personal journey of awareness as, every day, we meet spiritual pilgrims who are tremendous conduits of creation energy.
  • We believe by sharing our stories of inspiration and comfort, we may encourage and inspire others.
  • While we have no way of knowing to what extent this work may gain acceptance, we believe the work will be, in and of itself, redemptive and personally fulfilling to those who contribute.
  • These are truly ‘love letters’ reflecting our collective respect for and appreciation of the manifesting of life. They are not chapters in a book and should be concise works celebrating the essence of being.

Now, there are a few publication matters we should discuss before you proceed with your offering.

  • Your execution of this letter is an agreement to allow us to use your submission but is not a guarantee we will.
  • If your submission is selected, you consent to allow us to publish your ‘love letter’.
  • You will indicate below if you are willing to have your name published or prefer to remain anonymous.
  • You will, by your submission, waive your right to claim any financial interest in the eventual publication of this material.
  • You give us permission to edit the material as to form and we agree to only edit substantive content with your express permission.

Finally, we ask you to invoke your own power of intention that our collective words and efforts will serve to inspire others and help us all embrace the life that has been intended for us – one of order, balance and harmony.

We thank you for your interest and look forward to reading your ‘love letter.’

Please email your submission to loveletterstotheuniverse@gmail.com. [If you have received a hard copy of this authorization, we will gladly email you a soft copy or you may send a signed hard copy of this authorization with a copy of your ‘love letter’ to the address below.]

With loving regard,

Bonner Hardegree and Kathleen Hall

Sorcerery

It has been fascinating to me to discover that the term "Sorcerer" has a very different connotation in ancient literature. Ancient sorcerers, also sometimes referred to as Naguals, were revered as wisdom masters and deemed to be in touch with "source energy" or enlightenment. This was particularly true among the meso-american Toltec who were once regarded as a tribal unit much like the Aztec or Maya but have been discovered to be "men and women considered wisdom masters".

Sorcerers, as distinguished from wizards or magicians, were the spiritual teachers and leaders of their time.

It is time to welcome their return and celebrate their amazing connection to the world of collective consciousness.

Look to your source today and invite its presence. I recommend it.-Edge Walker

Edge Walking

Today practice edge walking. Unless you are close to the edge, you will never experience the fear of falling and will never appreciate the path completely.
